End User License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement governs the license to use the CardStudio software and the digital card designs (together, the “Product”), provided by ROYAL MOTORS S.R.L.S. (cardstudio.shop). By installing, accessing or using the Product you accept this agreement.
1. License granted
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Product for your personal purposes, in accordance with these terms and the Terms of Service. The license is granted, not sold: ownership of the Product remains with us or the respective rights holders.
2. What it covers
The license covers:
- use of the CardStudio Software on your devices;
- use of the designs you bought (those included and those bought later inside the Software) to create and display digital cards in your Wallet.
3. What is NOT allowed
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, rent, distribute or make the Software or the designs available to third parties;
- copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or modify the Software, except to the extent mandatorily permitted by law;
- remove copyright notices or identifying marks;
- use the Product for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes, or to make anyone believe that a design is a real payment instrument or a valid card from an issuer.
4. Custom designs
Designs bought inside the Software are for your personal use. If a design includes elements you upload (images, text, logos), you confirm that you have the right to use them and you hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from that content. Do not create designs that infringe trademarks, copyright or other rights.
5. Intellectual property
All rights in the Software and in the designs we provide remain with ROYAL MOTORS S.R.L.S. or the respective rights holders. The license does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond the right of use described here.
6. Updates
Any Software updates are subject to this same agreement, unless we provide a new one with them.
7. Term and termination
The license lasts as long as you use the Product in compliance with this agreement. In case of material breach, the license ends and you must stop using the Product. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of purchases already delivered, except as provided in the Refund policy and by law.
8. Warranties
The Product is provided “as is”, to the extent permitted by law, without prejudice to the statutory warranties in favour of consumers.
