2. What we sell

Design packs to customize how the cards in your Apple Wallet look. Every purchase includes the download of the CardStudio app for Mac, a step-by-step guide and a license key that unlocks the cards you bought.
All the packs: every collection available at the time of purchase, with priority WhatsApp support and the custom card included.
Custom card: the option to use your own image as the card design.

Everything we sell is digital content: we do not ship physical products. To use it you need a Mac (macOS 14 or later) and an iPhone with Apple Wallet. Each license is valid for one iPhone.

3. What the designs do (and don't do)

The designs only change how the card looks on your device. They do not change your payment card, your account, your limits or your bank's services. CardStudio is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Apple Inc. or any bank or card issuer. Apple and Apple Wallet are trademarks of Apple Inc.

4. Prices, bundles and payment

Prices are those shown on the website at the time of your order. Payment is processed in the currency shown at checkout; your bank may apply its own exchange rate. On each pack page you can choose a bundle: with 2 packs, the cheaper one is 50% off; with 3 packs, the second is 50% off and the cheapest is 70% off. Your order is confirmed once the payment succeeds. The charge may appear on your statement as “SEBEPE.COM”.

5. Delivery

The content is sent to the email address you enter at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Details are on the Digital delivery page. Please make sure your email address is correct and check your spam folder too.

6. Custom card and uploaded images

By uploading an image you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. We do not accept images that are illegal, offensive, depict minors inappropriately or infringe the rights of others: in these cases we may refuse the order and refund the amount paid.

7. Permitted use

With your purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the designs on your device. You may not resell, share or distribute the files, the app, the license key or the designs.

9. Support

For any problem, write to icardwallet@proton.me with your order number. Customers who buy “All the packs” also get priority support on WhatsApp, using the contact provided after purchase.

10. Liability

We work to make sure the content works as described. We are not responsible for changes to iOS, macOS, Apple Wallet or bank services that depend on third parties; if content stops working for these reasons, contact us and we will look for a solution. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; orders are governed by the version in force at the time of purchase.
