Digital delivery

CardStudio does not ship physical products: everything you buy is digital and delivery is free and instant.

How and when

As soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes, you receive an e-mail from licenze@cardstudio.it at the address you entered at checkout. It contains:

• the link to download the CardStudio app for Mac;
• the private link to your license key, to enter in the app;
• the step-by-step guide as an attached PDF.

Designs you buy later inside the Software are unlocked right away, as soon as you confirm the purchase.

What the license unlocks

• Packs: the cards in the packs you bought.
• All the packs: every collection available at the time of purchase, plus the custom card.
• Custom card: the option to use your own image as a card design, right from the app.

Each license is valid for one iPhone.

Nothing arrived?

Check your Spam and Promotions folders. You can also get a new link here: recover your key, with the e-mail used for the purchase. If that doesn't work, write to cardstudious@proton.me with your order number.

Installation

Following the guide, adding the cards to your Wallet takes a few minutes. You need a Mac, an iPhone with Apple Wallet and a cable to connect them.
