This policy explains how CardStudio processes the personal data of people who visit the website and buy our digital design packs for Apple Wallet.

2. What data we process
- Order data: first name, last name, email address, country and billing address, products purchased and amount.
- License data: the license key, the packs unlocked and the technical identifier of the iPhone the license is linked to.
- Payment data: payments are handled by Shopify and its payment providers (for example Stripe and PayPal). CardStudio does not receive or store your full card or account details.
- Images for the custom card: the image you choose to use as your card design.
- Communications: the messages you send us by email or WhatsApp (in the latter case, also your phone number).
- Browsing data and cookies: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, collected through the Shopify platform.
3. Why we process it
- To handle your order: send you the app, the guide and the license key, activate the cards you bought and provide support.
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting.
- To protect the website and prevent fraud in payments and license use.
- To send you promotional messages, only if you have given consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Custom card images
We use the image you choose only to create your card. We do not publish it, use it for any other purpose or share it with third parties. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to us.
5. Who we share data with
Only with the providers we need to sell and deliver our products: Shopify (store platform), payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), the server that manages licenses and sends emails and, if you write to us there, WhatsApp. These providers may process data in other countries with the safeguards required by law. We do not sell your data.
6. How long we keep it
Order data and accounting records are kept for 10 years, as required by law. License data is kept for as long as the license is active. Support messages and custom card images are kept for as long as needed to provide the service. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent.
7. Cookies
The website uses Shopify technical cookies that are necessary for the store and cart to work. Analytics or marketing cookies are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner.
8. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy of your data and withdraw your consent, by writing to icardwallet@proton.me. Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states, or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
9. Children
Our products are not intended for children under 15 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the website.
